Therefore, to prevent damage to the brand, we have strict agreements on the use of the Keylight name, logo, and images of Keylight products. Keylight does not allow any of its intellectual property rights to be reproduced or disclosed by third parties without its prior explicit consent.
Third-party use
For this reason, we request any person or organisation wishing to use Keylight’s name, logo or any other intellectual property right to contact Keylight’s Corporate Communication department in advance. Permission will be considered per request/situation. In the event that no permission is granted, but Keylight’s intellectual property rights are nevertheless used by third parties, Keylight will invoke its rights and may take legal action against the person using an intellectual property right. The resulting costs will be recovered from the third party.
The use of Keylight’s intellectual property rights for commercial purposes is not permitted in any situation unless Keylight has given its express permission.
