Shipping & delivery

Once you’ve made an order, we’ll promptly initiate the process to dispatch your items at the earliest through our designated carrier. If you’ve provided an email address during the ordering process or your email is already registered in our system, you’ll consistently receive a track and trace code via email. If you haven’t received a track and trace code within 24 hours, remember to also check your email’s spam folder. Occasionally, emails from carriers might mistakenly end up in the spam folder.

Within the Netherlands, your order is usually delivered within 24 hours.

Parcels sent abroad within Europe are usually delivered between 3 and 5 working days.

For orders shipped abroad outside Europe, we recommend contacting our sales department.

For all shipments: it is possible that your package may take longer to arrive due to the shipper’s busy schedule. Especially before, during and after holidays, the shipper’s workload can increase, and it often happens that your parcel takes longer to arrive. Please take this into account.

Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg are shipped with TransMission. For all other orders inside the EU and to the rest of the world it depends on the quantity and size of the order. You’ll receive all information around shipping including Track and Trace codes from us after the order confirmation.
